All appointments require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Don’t worry! You will not be charged unless you no-show or late cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 100% of the service amount will be charged. If you are late to your appointment, you will still be required to pay the entirety of the appointment, even if the service is not completed. Any additional time, will incur and additional charge. Lift/Lamination appointments more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and charged the full amount. PLEASE do not come to your appointment if you have a cold, a cough, the flu, coronavirus, or anything contagious. Please cancel your appointment in advance (24 hours advance). *no children or other guests during the appointment please, if you bring another guest, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the appointment will be charged.*
